  • Location: Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, California, or at another mutually agreed location.
  • Costs: Each party shall bear its own arbitration fees, unless the arbitrator determines that the claim is frivolous or brought in bad faith, in which case the prevailing party may be entitled to recover costs.

You or Mun Health may seek relief in a small claims court for qualifying disputes or in court for claims related to intellectual property rights or injunctive relief.

All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to bring claims as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

10.5 Severability of Arbitration Clause
